South Carolina Hash


16-18 lb Boston butt
8-10 lb potatoes
9 lb onions
1-1/2 - 2 gal Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil meat. Add onions and potatoes. When done, grind all together. Return to heat and add ketchup/salt/pepper.
Keep stirring to prevent burning.
