Chocolate Drop Cookies


Yields: 60 Cookies

Shortening, 1 pound 4 ounces
Eggs, 5 eggs
Water, 2 cups
Brown Sugar, 2 pounds
Milk, Non-fat Dry, 1-3/4 ounces
Flour, general purpose, 2 pounds
Baking soda, 1/3 ounce
Salt, 2 teaspoons
Cocoa, 8 ounces
Vanilla, 1/8 cup

Use straight method of mixing. DO NOT OVER MIX
Bake about 10- 12 minutes
Make sure you spray the pan liners
Place 4 X 6 on sheet pans
