Blueberry Muffins


Flour, general purpose 2 pounds 4 ounces
Baking powder, 1-1/4 ounces
Salt, 1/2 tablespoon
Milk, non-fat dry 1-3/4 ounce
Sugar, granulated 1 pound 1-1/2 ounce

Mix dry ingredients in mixer

Salad Oil, 12 ounces
Eggs, 10 eggs or 1 pound
Water, warm 1 pint

Add liquid ingredients and mix on low speed. DO NOT over mix

Blueberries, 1 pound 4 ounces

Add blueberries

Fill in cup cake papers 2/3 full
